There are 2 Railway Stations that can be used to access the Niseko area, depending on where your accommodation is located.

The main Railway Station for the Niseko area is the JR Kutchan Railway Station and the secondary station for the area is the JR Niseko Station. Traveling time to JR Kutchan Railway Station from Sapporo is approx. 2 hours and 15 minutes

By Bus

Chuo Bus operate a “Highway Express Bus” between Sapporo City via Otaru to Niseko. Direct bus services operate only during the winter, these direct services operate from both the New Chitose Airport and JR Sapporo Station and disembark at the Grand Hirafu Ski Resort. Reservations are essential to use the bus services that travel to Niseko to ensure seat availability.
