Hokkaido’s abundant produce and world famous seafood inspire the menu at Sekka Lab. The team work with local farms and producers using ingredients to create dishes and a dining experience that represents the seasons of Niseko.
Chef Komatsu and the team have embraced local producers using ingredients from Daisuke Happy Organic egg Farm, Niseko Pura Tempeh, Makino Organic Tomato Farm as well as the best seafood from all around Hokkaido delivered daily.
This season’s menu includes the famous Pan-fried Kutchan Potato gnocchi, Braised Tokachi Beef cheeks and the best antipasto platter in Hokkaido that showcases local ingredients and in-house Kunsei (smoked) products.
As well as a la carte, Sekka Lab offers an immensely satisfying Omakase set menu that provides a taste of our most popular dishes. A children’s set menu available.
Sekka Lab’s drinks menu offers a wide range of new and old-world wines by the glass or bottle, Japanese beers, Sake and Shochu and Whisky. Happy hour daily from 16:00 to 18:00
